Strategic design for startups: Building and scaling your next product
Challenge: The client offered designs for startups. Our task was to find 1500 prospects, of which 60-80% were healthcare startups developing products, be it software, mobile app or product/service; the rest could be startups or smaller companies in other industries that need Product Design.
Results: We conducted extensive research to identify potential prospects matching the client's criteria. This involved leveraging various databases, online platforms, and industry directories. Utilizing a multi-channel approach, we initiated targeted outreach campaigns to engage with the identified prospects. We provided regular reports to the client, detailing the progress of our prospecting activities, including the number of prospects identified, engaged, and converted.
