Challenges & Results

Challenge: The first task was to find Travel Tech companies and offer them cooperation with our client, who offers day passes to hotels, which helps maximize revenue by allowing local guests and travelers to book a pool, spa, fitness for the day without having to book a room. The second task was to gather companies that cooperate with Daycation's competitors and offer them the same parallel cooperation with our client's company, which can double the interest and profit of the hotel.

‍Results: We identified a comprehensive list of Travel Tech companies that could potentially benefit from partnering with our client. Through our efforts, we successfully negotiated partnership agreements with several Travel Tech companies.  We conducted a thorough analysis of Daycation's competitors and identified companies with whom they currently cooperate. This included examining their partnerships, affiliate programs, and industry connections within the hospitality sector.As a result of our efforts, we secured agreements with several companies that previously worked with Daycation's competitors. These collaborations opened up new avenues for our client to expand their reach and attract a wider audience of travelers seeking day pass experiences at hotels.
