DNA325 is a local partner for global companies and startups who are launching their Software Development and R&D centers in Ukraine.

DNA325 provides a simplified and cost-effective way to build clients  own talented remote team in Ukraine: from hosting in their  office space to local IT personnel recruiting and management.

Challenges & Results

Challenge: For DNA325, we have to find companies that consider opening a branch office in Ukraine and setting up a team by our client as well. We decided to reach out to companies funded in 2020.

Results: We developed an in-outbound channel, where we warmed up company profiles on Twitter & Instagram and after contacting them using multi-channel outreach and customization by LinkedIn and email channels.
