Challenge: The client set the task for us to contact companies that work in the eCommerce industry with up to 10 people. However, we decided to complicate the client's ICP a bit and we did our Market Research as follows. We took companies from the b2b sector with more than 5,000 traffic to the website, which does not have a platform that the client uses to communicate through - Customer Success.
Results: Competently assembled lists with high-level customization have brought fruitful results for the client. Out of 3000 prospects we managed to collect 7 appointments.
